[00:00:00] So we're very privileged today to have one of the missionaries and their ministries that our church supports and very vibrant, exciting ministry.
[00:00:10] So I'm going to have Steve Finke come. Steve is a second generation missionary.
[00:00:17] I met his dad in 1982. I got immediately connected with these guys.
[00:00:23] We've prayed for their ministry, we're supporting them financially and we're excited about what they're doing because this is the ministry that's actually doing church planting around the world. And he was just sharing with our prayer time ahead of time some of the amazing things. Maybe he'll give us a quick little update and then we'll hear the word of the Lord. Bless you, Steve.
[00:00:52] How many are excited to be here this morning?
[00:00:55] Yes, man, I am excited to be here with Livingstone's church and to be here first time in Red Deer, Alberta. I called one of the assistants and I said, hey, I'm gonna be coming in to Red River. She said, no, no, no, Red Deer.
[00:01:18] And it's a tremendous blessing to be here with all of you. And I just want to honor Pastor Paul and Ms. Patty.
[00:01:29] How many can give them a strong hand?
[00:01:34] Throughout the years that we've known each other, we become friends, not just ministry acquaintances. And so it's been just a privilege to be able to meet with them at the FCA conventions, the different activities throughout the years, and finally to be here with you all today.
[00:01:56] And it's such a blessing to call them our friends and also to see their commitment and your commitment towards mission and for giving in the different areas of mission that you guys are giving.
[00:02:13] I just want to share a little bit about myself. My name is Robert Steven Finke.
[00:02:19] I am the last of five children.
[00:02:24] My parents were missionaries. They felt the call of God at a very early age in their lives and went to Washington to Bible school, met each other there, got married.
[00:02:39] Bible school is known for not only developing the calling of God in our lives, but also meeting the person that God wants us to meet.
[00:02:50] And then they headed off to Mexico for eight years, him being a pilot, and planted churches there with the missionary Danny Ost and then got kicked out of Colombia because of persecution, religious persecution, and then went down to kicked out of Mexico, sorry because of religious persecution.
[00:03:17] Went down to Colombia. I was born there, the last child born in Colombia and raised there.
[00:03:24] And I received the calling to serve the Lord when I was 16 years old. Went to Bible school, did not meet my wife in Bible school, met my wife in youth group. That's another good. I was pastoring young Adults, not youth, young adults met her there, and she was one of the leaders there.
[00:03:51] And God has blessed us. And this is a picture of our family.
[00:03:57] There's Martha and my two boys that God has blessed us with. Andrew is the first one there. He's 19, and he's studying robotic engineering there in Medellin, Colombia. And this, the second one there is Samuel, and he's studying civil engineering. He's 17 years old. And God has blessed us in a tremendous way.
[00:04:21] We live in the city of Medellin, Colombia. How many South American people are here today? Yes. Come on. And so Colombia is the first country of South America after Panama, which is the last country of Central America.
[00:04:40] And Medellin is known to be the city of Eternal Spring.
[00:04:46] And so it's just a wonderful place to live in with the different cities. That metroplex that are part of Medellin, there's around 5 million people that live in, in that one valley. And we have been ministering there for many, many years now.
[00:05:08] This is our school.
[00:05:11] We have. We have a church there. This is a church that after the Lord used us in youth ministry for around seven years, God spoke to us to go to a school that my parents had started. And, and we planted a church there. In the, in the school gymnasium is a gym that holds around 2,000 people. And in. In that, in that place you saw there, the church, there's a group of our leadership there, and we've seen just the manifestation of the power of God moving in a tremendous way. And this is part of our school 31 years now.
[00:05:57] The school has been established this year. We have, like, around 700 kids from grade school to high school. And every single person, every single employee, every single teacher are spirit filled, are Christian. They're connected in different churches around the city. And 65% of the students are Christian. And the other 35% are opened up to different families, Catholic families, because we use also the school, God uses it as an instrument of evangelism. And this is something that was deep in the heart of my mom in the area of education, but something that has always been part of our family and has been a great desire to plant churches all over South America.
[00:06:58] My father planted many churches in Colombia and also in South America. And when, when he passed away to be with the Lord, God spoke to Martha and I to continue the work he had. We had transitioned our church and we started to travel and continue to work with him to two years before he went to be with the Lord. And these last past 10 years, we took the leadership role of church planting in a ministry that's called surge ministry, where we plant churches all over the world. But my focus and our focus has been the 10 countries of South America. And so we just thank you for being part of, of what God is doing. We thank you for praying for us. We thank you for giving.
[00:07:54] We just thank you for this connection that we have.
[00:07:58] In the last years we've seen a tremendous multiplication of what God is doing in church planting in all of the world.
[00:08:09] And then in South America last year alone we, we saw more than 1,300 new churches come to be planted.
[00:08:21] Over 3,000 new church planters be trained in the different trainings that we offer the, and we work with different denominations. All spirit filled. But we're seeing a tremendous time of multiplication and of harvest in all of South America and actually in all of the world. But it's a privilege for me to be part of what God is doing. How many are you excited with what God is doing? Right.
[00:08:52] I wanted to share just these are some of the trainings that we set up around the different countries. This was one in February there in Argentina also. This is a church plant that was planted around two years ago. They have their own property now. They're in southern part of Chile.
[00:09:19] And this was in that same building we did a church plant. All these are new church planters, men and women that have received the call of God, that have said yes to the call God to, as they work in their profession, as they work in their job along with their family to plant and establish these different churches in Chile. And God is doing something tremendous also in Peru.
[00:09:48] Our main leader there, his name is Jonathan Bollinger, a pk, second generation pastor kid. And what we're seeing in Peru, last year alone they planted 400 churches in that nation.
[00:10:04] There are a few of the pictures of the different trainings in the different regions there in Peru, in Bolivia, this is another area that last year alone there was like 200 churches being planted or that were planted in Bolivia in different areas in 27 different groups and denominations that we're working with in, in that country. And the what God is doing, it doesn't matter. The challenges, the social problems, the difficulties. We know that God, there is nothing impossible for him and there is nothing that is stopping the kingdom of God. And so this is just a little bit about what God is doing in our lives and in the, in the ministry.
[00:10:57] This is one of the trainings that we had in Santa Cruz de la Sierra there in Bolivia.
[00:11:04] And we're seeing just men and women just open up their lives to the Lord to be able to say yes to the calling of God on their lives and just be able to see firsthand how God uses their lives in a powerful and a supernatural way.
[00:11:27] So like I said before, thank you Livingstones for being part of this. Thank you for your prayers, thank you for your support. We're so excited to share what God is doing. There's so many testimonies, there's so many things that God is doing because we believe that the most effective way to win people to the Lord and to disciple them is through church planting.
[00:11:53] And there's a tremendous number that as you research, I was sharing with the leadership this morning around the world. The membership number or the number of churchgoers per church around the world. The average is from 70 to 100 members in every church.
[00:12:18] And if we just look at what the population of the world has grown in one year and divide that by that 70 to 100 people that are going to church today around the world in or the members around the world in the attendance in the churches around the world, we see a tremendous need for church planting and just for being able to serve and to win and to reach just the population growth of one year, we would need to plant over a million churches every year just to win those people, to disciple those people and to activate them for the God's purpose on their lives.
[00:13:03] So we just believe in church planting. This is something that we're seeing a tremendous multiplication.
[00:13:11] We're seeing God's hand move. And this is what God is doing in South America. And actually he's doing it all over Central America and all over the world with the ministry, the Global Ministry Team that is part of Surge ministry.
[00:13:27] Last year alone we saw over 4,000 churches, actually 4,064 churches. And you say, why is it so important the 64 and is because every church comprises of families that are being transformed, people that are coming to know the Lord, miracles of salvation that are coming and are happening, and restorations of communities and of cities that God is doing through these churches that are being planted. So God is moving in a supernatural way. And we're just excited to share what, what God by his grace, what God by His power, his spirit is doing in the world around us. And something that I wanted to share with you is this title here.
[00:14:20] There's more.
[00:14:22] Don't settle.
[00:14:23] Could you tell the person next to you, don't settle, don't settle.
[00:14:29] Now you can tell them, get comfortable. Sit down. Get comfortable.
[00:14:33] But don't settle because there's more in what God is doing. And I want to have us read together two different Bible passages this morning. The first one is in Genesis 11, verse 27. And then we'll go to John chapter 5. Two different texts that I want to share with you today. First One is Genesis 11, verse 27 and 28. And then we'll go to verse 31 and then John chapter 5, verse 1.
[00:15:08] So let's start off with Genesis 11.
[00:15:11] And it says, this is the account of Terah's family. Terah was the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran. And Haran was the father of Lot.
[00:15:23] But Haran died in Ur of the Chaldeans, the the land of his birth, while his father Terah was still living.
[00:15:32] Now if you jump with me to verse 31, it says one day Terah took his son Abram, his daughter in law Sarai, and his grandson Lot, and moved from Ur of the Chaldeans. And then it says he headed for the land of Canaan. But they stopped at Haran and settled there.
[00:15:54] Terah lived for 205 years and died while still in Haran.
[00:16:01] There's a lot of different names and we'll unpack this here in just a minute.
[00:16:05] But let's read together John, chapter four and then we'll pray.
[00:16:10] And then I'll go into what the word that I want to share with you. But in John 5:1, it says afterwards Jesus returned to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish holy days. Inside the city, near the sheep gate, was the pool of Bethesda with five covered porches. Crowds of sick people, blind, lame or paralyzed, lay on the porches. One of the men lying there had been sick for 38. Can you say 38? 38 years.
[00:16:47] When Jesus saw him, he knew he had been ill for a long time. And he asked him, would you like to get well?
[00:16:55] Father, we just bow our hearts to you today, Lord. We ask you, Holy Spirit, that you'll just take control of this time together. Lord, thank you for the power of your word. Thank you for what you are doing in every life, every family, every person here.
[00:17:13] Father, thank you for what you're doing in this church and in this beautiful city. Father, thank you.
[00:17:20] And we just open our hearts to what you want in our lives. In your name. Amen. Amen.
[00:17:29] So there's more.
[00:17:31] How many believe that there's more?
[00:17:33] There's more of what God wants to do in our lives?
[00:17:38] MAN When I was growing up, we lived in the eastern plains of Colombia. In a small town. It was called Villa Vicencia. It's called Villa Vicencia. And my dad built a house there. And I lived from 2 years until like 8 years old.
[00:17:56] One day they. My parents told us, got all the family together and told us that we were going to move, that we were going to a different city, that we were going to move to Medellin, the place that we're living at right now. And, you know, I love that house. That house was a huge house. It had big rooms. The house had a big sidewalk along that, where I would ride my trike, my tricycle.
[00:18:27] It had a huge lot, big trees around. And in one of those trees, it had a big, big swing. I love that. I love that house. And so when my parents got all of the kids together and said, hey, we're going to sell the house and we're going to a different place, I was not happy. And I was saying, well, my friends are here and why do we have to go? And I was only 8 years old, so it didn't really matter what I thought. But, you know, we moved, and that was just the reality.
[00:19:01] Well, years afterwards, I think it was like seven, eight years afterwards, and I don't know how many of you can identify with what I'm saying here. I went back to see that house, and the house that I thought was so big was not big.
[00:19:19] And the house that I saw that was so wonderful and beautiful, it wasn't wonderful and beautiful.
[00:19:25] And the sidewalk that I thought was so wide was only three feet wide.
[00:19:30] And the big trees that I thought that there were before, there were no big trees. They were all little. And the big swing, it was still there, and it wasn't big anymore. How many have experienced something like that in your life? And it all has to do with our perspective and with our vision. You know, they told me, God wants to take us to a better place.
[00:19:57] God is directing us to a different place.
[00:20:01] And I didn't. And I didn't want to move because my perspective was different.
[00:20:09] And they had a different perspective. And God in our lives, have. Has a different perspective.
[00:20:16] Many times as believers, we get to a certain place in our lives where we settle, where we're comfortable, where we're happy in this place, in the. In what's. What we're living. I don't know how many remember that honeymoon stage with the Lord. You know, those first days that you. You came to the Lord, man, you. You came to every service, and every service was perfect.
[00:20:44] Every worship song was perfect.
[00:20:47] Every message was directly for you.
[00:20:52] Every time a prayer, you felt the spirit of God. You were so excited to read your Bible.
[00:20:59] It became something new, something alive, something fresh. And that's how we started our walk with the Lord. Many of us. But then there's something that happens. If we're not careful, we start to settle in different areas of our lives.
[00:21:18] In Genesis 11, Abram's or Abraham's dad, his name was Terah. And Genesis tells us that they moved from Ur in his destination was Canaan.
[00:21:34] It's very interesting that it's that same place in Genesis chapter 12, one chapter after what we just read that, that the Lord spoke to Abraham later on in his life and said, this is the place that I want you to go to. This is the promised land that I have given to you.
[00:21:58] But in Genesis 11, it says that they stopped in Haran and they settled there.
[00:22:05] They left from Ur.
[00:22:08] Their destination was Canaan, but they stopped in Haran and they made some progress.
[00:22:18] They stopped, maybe for a short time, a destination.
[00:22:24] But then something happened and they just settled in that place. And the word of God says that Teran, Abraham's dad died 205 years old, but he died in that place. Place he never got to the destination that God had for his life. And I think that one of the danger that we have as Christian is that we feel that things are happening in our lives. We're growing. I've been changed. God is blessing us. God is blessing our family. And our church has gone a long ways and we're trying to. And we're experiencing. Experiencing God's grace. And if we're not careful, all these tremendous things that God is doing in our lives, we can get comfortable in that place and we can settle for just being there. And maybe that's part of the destination that God has for our life. But it's not where he wants us to stay and to be settled in our lives.
[00:23:31] And so the question is here, have we settled somewhere God only intended to be part of our journey?
[00:23:41] Have we settled in believing. Have we settled in a situation in our family? You know, maybe we're not what we used to be, but we still haven't come to the place that God wants us to be.
[00:23:57] Have we settled in our health? Have we settled in our finances? Have we settled in our ministry in an area where maybe we're different than where we begun, but we haven't come to the point that maybe God has called us to be. And we're just comfortable. We're getting accustomed to that place that we're at right now.
[00:24:23] So don't settle. You know, ur was the place that God brought us from.
[00:24:29] Haran is the place that sometimes we're tempted to get comfortable in. But Canaan is that place of calling and of destiny that God wants to take us.
[00:24:43] Now, God, I was talking here with one of the staff or the pastors here, and I've come to a conclusion in our lives, in my life, that God is never going to call us to a place where I'm not going to need faith.
[00:24:59] God is always going to take us to an area of growth, and God always wants to take us to a better place in our walk with the Lord. Now, I'm not talking about location. I'm not talking about moving to a different place. I'm not talking that we have to do something maybe different. I'm talking about what in our lives have we just been accustomed and we're settling into when God wants to do more in our lives. And that's a tremendous challenge that all of us have.
[00:25:34] Now, there's three reasons why I feel that we settle in our lives. Number one, we get comfortable.
[00:25:42] How many like to be comfortable? We like the most comfortable chair.
[00:25:47] We like the most comfortable car.
[00:25:50] We don't like to be uncomfortable. And one of the things that we see here In John chapter five is that Jesus encountered a man that he was 38 years sick.
[00:26:04] Imagine, 38 years.
[00:26:06] And the tradition was that they would take the sick people to this pool. And the tradition was that an angel once a year would come down and move and create some waves, and the first person that would touch that pool, that water would be healed. Now, he was there 38 years, and we know that he was comfortable there. Because when Jesus sees that he's been sick 30, 38 years, he doesn't run there and heal him immediately. He asks him a tremendous question. He says, do you want to get well?
[00:26:43] Now, that's a crazy question.
[00:26:45] Of course he wants to get well.
[00:26:48] He's been there 38 years, man. I bet he had his special mat. He had his special place right next to the water.
[00:26:59] I bet that he had his friends, his buddy next to him, maybe a blind guy, maybe a crippled guy next to him. Well, he had been accustomed to the situation. It was a bad situation.
[00:27:14] But that's why Jesus is testing his faith. And he is saying, do you want to get well?
[00:27:21] And he said, yes.
[00:27:24] And many times in our lives, God, God is asking us, are you willing to get out of that area? A comfort to go into. What God? What I'm Leading you to be into.
[00:27:37] You know, sometimes you can live in a condition so long that it was supposed to be just a temporary condition, but you start to feel that it's the norm in your life. When God is calling us to, to something more. How many are hearing this, this, this word today? Amen.
[00:27:59] So I think one of the things that, that we, that's a temptation to us is that we just get comfortable. Another reason why we get comfortable or we get settled is that we get distracted.
[00:28:14] The enemy is not always trying to pull you backwards. Sometimes he just simply wants to get you distracted because if he gets you distracted, you and me are not going to be doing what God wants us to do in our lives.
[00:28:31] And so there's so many things that are competing with our time, with our energy, with our focus, with our priorities. And maybe it's not being comfortable, maybe it's just a distraction of life.
[00:28:46] And here we're supposed to be the most connected society today with all of the media and all of the technical helps and stuff like that. But as we are so connected, like technologically, we are becoming the most disconnected society.
[00:29:08] And so not always having more means that it's better.
[00:29:14] And so maybe in different times in my life, I've been distracted of what God is calling me to do.
[00:29:24] Another area where we lose focus is that we get discouraged.
[00:29:31] And many times the discouragement leads us to a life where we settle instead of going forward with what God wants for our lives.
[00:29:43] How many have felt discouraged in their lives? All of us. Right? Some of you are putting your both hands up.
[00:29:50] You know, everyone has walked through discouragement one time or another. And you know, Terah, Abram's father had already experienced a tremendous loss. The word of God says that he lost his, one of his sons.
[00:30:07] And it's interesting that his son was named Haran. And the place that he settled was also named Haran.
[00:30:16] I don't know if he settled there because it was comfortable. I don't know if he settled there because when he got there, it felt like having his son back. I don't know what was going on in his life. We don't know. The Bible doesn't. It doesn't show us what was going on. It doesn't show us that it was grief. But pain can make you stop in a place God never intended to be your destination.
[00:30:43] Pain can lead us to a place and to stop growing and stop going forward because we've experienced the loss. We've experienced pain, we've experienced discouragement. And discouragement can be Something that robs you from the destiny that God has for you.
[00:31:03] Maybe one day you were. You were praying for someone to be healed and God decided that that person needs to go to heaven. Maybe you were trusting that God was going to change someone in your family, and that hasn't happened yet. Maybe you were working in different area, different ministry, and you got hurt or you got discouraged, and so you stopped doing that. And so we stopped because it. Either we get distracted or we stop because we get comfortable in the place where we're at, or we stop because different things happens in our lives and God wants to take us to a new area, into a new.
[00:31:44] In a new.
[00:31:46] A new destiny in our walk with the Lord.
[00:31:53] This is something that is part of the Christian life. We need to learn how to overcome these times and these difficulties. And so I want to just close out with three areas where we need to desire more in our lives.
[00:32:12] The first area that I want to talk about is we need to desire or pursue more passion now. Passion.
[00:32:23] There's people that say that they're passionate and they're really not.
[00:32:27] But when you're passionate, and I'm talking about our passion with our relationship with the Lord, you know, we can become very responsible Christians and we can be passionate Christians.
[00:32:40] We can love the word of God or we can be in the word of God because we understand that it's important.
[00:32:48] And I know that everyone in our lives have that time where sometimes it's just so easy to read the Word, so easy to be with the Lord, and then there's sometimes that our feelings are coming against this, or our stress is coming against being with the Lord, or we have this temptation of just being with God because it's our responsibility. But we need to come back to a passionate life with the Lord. Let the Lord build his fire and our love towards him once again.
[00:33:30] And there's nothing that builds more passion for the Lord than our time alone, our devotional time alone with the Lord.
[00:33:40] If you want to restore your passion for the Lord, restore your time alone in the week with the Lord. Restore your time of worshiping God. Restore your time of reading the word of God. Restore your time of prayer. Ask the Lord to bring once again that passion, just that, that energy in your heart to be with him, that desire to be with him once again. And God is going to start to build that fire aflame. Paul talked to Timothy and he said, flame that fire. Flame up.
[00:34:26] Make that fire rise up once again in your heart, in your life. And many times in my walk with The Lord. I've become very, very responsible with God, but not passionate with the Lord. And time after time again, I have to go back to his greatness. I have to go back to his grace. I have to go back and remember what God has done in my life and what he's done in my family's life, in my marriage, in my kids. Kids. And there's nothing perfect. But when I start to remember what God has done and come into intimacy with him, that passion starts to grow once again.
[00:35:11] Another thing that it says here in, in Matthew 6:33, it says, but seek first his kingdom, in his righteousness. And when, when we have our, our focus set that the first thing that we are going to live for is for the Lord, then that is going to become our passion. But then we also need to pursue faith, grow in faith. How many here feel that you need to grow in your faith? All of us, right?
[00:35:44] This is something that we all need. The Word of God says that it's impossible to, to please God without faith. And I don't feel that this is something that is coming against us because we all feel that we need to have more faith in our lives. But faith comes when we experience the Word of God in a fresh way in our lives.
[00:36:10] Faith for what? Faith for miracles? How many need God to work in a miraculous way in your life, in your family, in your health, around you, in the neighborhood that you live in? You need the hand of God in a supernatural way, right? All of us do. And so we need to pursue faith and start believing again that God can heal the sick.
[00:36:37] Start believing again that God is going to touch my marriage. Start believing again that God wants to do something miraculous. Start believing again that your kids can be saved, that your marriage can be touched. Start believing again that God can still intervene in the situation that you are living.
[00:37:01] This is something that we need to pursue. We're talking about, hey, let's not settle with what God has done to this point. Let's go on and, and see what God wants to do in our life, in our ministry, in our family, in our church. And the last thing that I think that we need to desire more is to desire the advancement of the kingdom of God in a bigger way.
[00:37:29] We don't have to settle for what we've seen. His kingdom is advancing every day and we are seeing this all over the world.
[00:37:42] One of the testimonies is one of our leaders in Peru. Her name is Idalia. She came to one of the church planting seminars that we had like six years ago. She had planted a church two hours out of Lima, a very small village, and she believed the Lord that God could use her for advancing the kingdom.
[00:38:08] After a few church plants seminars that we had in Peru, two years had passed and we were back in Trujillo, and she was there again.
[00:38:19] And I asked her, I said, idalia, you were here last two years ago. Why are you here at another church planting seminar? You already planted your church and he's no pastor. I, I came with some of my leaders, some of my disciples, and we're planting another church. And I said, great.
[00:38:38] Another year passed and I went back and she was at another church training that we had. I said, idalia, you've been here three times. What are you doing here? The third time you're already planted your church? No, pastor, I brought some other leaders and we're planning another church.
[00:38:56] In six years, she's planted 27 churches around Peru because she's had a passion for the advancement of the kingdom.
[00:39:07] Now, her church by itself is not a large church, but she has believed that God can use her. And God has called her for something special.
[00:39:18] And this is something that God wants all of us to pursue.
[00:39:25] What is something that God can do in our lives? What is something that God can do in my family?
[00:39:33] How can I pursue the advancement of the kingdom of God? Maybe God wants you to go. Maybe God wants you to give. Maybe God wants you to pray. Maybe God wants you to get involved with what God is doing around this city and in different areas in the world. But this is something that we need to pursue in man. God has so much in store for us.
[00:40:04] Ur is like the area of misery and God has called us out of that place.
[00:40:12] Haran is the area of comfort, but Canaan is our destiny, what God has called us to do. So I just want to close this morning and I just want to just encourage you.
[00:40:28] Don't settle in the area that you're at.
[00:40:32] Maybe it's a relationship, maybe it's your walk with the Lord, maybe it's the need of just believing God for something new.
[00:40:42] But God wants to take you to a different area, a different level of growth in your maturity, in your. In your commitment to the Lord, in your faith, in your passion with the Lord and also with you being part of what God wants to do in his kingdom.
[00:41:05] It doesn't really matter if we're qualified for it or not. What matters is if we're willing to let God do something new in our lives. And I would like you all to stand this morning and Pastor, please allow me to pray, and then I'll just give off to Pastor Paul, thank you for having me here with you.
[00:41:32] There's so much in my heart that I wanted to share, but there's just so little time.
[00:41:38] We're used to longer services in Colombia.
[00:41:43] But I don't know what God is speaking to you this morning, but I know that there's some area that maybe God is touching you, that he's speaking to you.
[00:41:56] Maybe it's that you need to continue to believe that God is going to do a powerful work.
[00:42:05] I feel that there's areas in. In your life that you just settled and you said, well, I'm just going to live with that and it's okay. That's not a problem. Look, circumstances don't have to change. So we know that God is good. God is good always.
[00:42:25] But there's maybe some manifestations of the power of God that he wants you to see and to know that it's not only for your life, but it's for others through you.
[00:42:39] But that God won't unleash that until you're willing to do, to go on that step in that challenge of saying, you know what, Lord, I do not want to settle with just the blessings that you have given me. I want to go and continue to grow your calling in my life with you, in my faith, where God can use you and take you to a different area, different place in your life, in your ministry, in your family life.
[00:43:17] And if you feel that this is something that God is leading you, just raise your hand. I want to pray for you today, Church. And I ask that God will just start touching your life right now.
[00:43:31] If you need a fresh touch from the Lord, just a fresh anointing from the Lord, raise up your hands and let's just pray together and believe God that he's doing something miraculous. Father, we just thank you for what you are doing here in every person in this auditorium.
[00:43:52] Father, we just believe that you're doing great and wonderful things in every family.
[00:43:59] You are calling us to a new commitment with you, to desire more.
[00:44:08] Lord, maybe there's people here that love you, but they've become or they've come into just an area of. Of losing their passion for you.
[00:44:21] And I pray, Holy Spirit, that as we leave this place in just a few minutes, you'll just continue to do something new in every heart.
[00:44:34] Father, you are speaking to every one of us in a personal way.
[00:44:40] Lord, I just pray that you'll just raise up that passion, raise up that fire for you Raise up that desire to walk with you.
[00:44:52] Restore that in all of our lives.
[00:44:56] Father, maybe there's been experiences that have robbed the joy of our salvation. Maybe, like it says in Hebrews, we've let different things, difficulties or sin, just take away and become hard to run the race that you have set before us. And, Lord, I ask you that you'll just lose anything on our lives that needs to be taken away so we can run the race with freedom.
[00:45:32] If it's distraction, if it's a wound in our hearts, I pray that you'll just bring clarity, you'll bring healing, Father. But I pray that you will just help our faith grow.
[00:45:47] Help us to believe that you are moving today in a powerful way all over the world, not just in South America, but in every nation of the world.
[00:46:01] You are the same yesterday, today and tomorrow, Father, as the days get more complicated, your grace and your spirit pour out in a bigger, in a tremendous way.
[00:46:17] And, Lord, we just impart this word onto all of our hearts, Lord. And I pray that you will also, Lord, help us to run with the call that you have placed on our lives.
[00:46:32] Help us, Holy Spirit, to be obedient to you. Help us to be able to walk in your purpose and walk in what you have called us to do. Thank you. That you have taken us out of the land of misery, you have taken us out of the land of captivity, and you have placed us in a journey. But, Lord, help us not to just stop in the area where we're stopped at. Help us to go further in what you have called us to do.
[00:47:10] Take us to that plan, that purpose that you have for our lives, for our families, for our jobs, for our health, for our finances, for our ministry.
[00:47:21] Lord, we ask you that you help us not to settle, but to continue to grow in you.
