Proverbs 11, Proverbs Series
There are basically two responses to crisis, one of which is fear that leads to hoarding because of the uncertainty that lies ahead. Some people are behaving selfishly, driven by fear and uncertainty. On the other hand, some people live generously because they have confidence, hope and faith in a God who holds all of our tomorrows. Generous people reflect the heart of the most generous person of all, namely God. What we are about to discover is that generosity does not diminish us; rather, it enriches us, as well as those we bless.
