Proverbs 14, Proverbs Series
Parenting is one of the most challenging and most rewarding roles in life. Gary Thomas, in his book, Sacred Parenting, relates: “If it were going to be easy to raise kids, it never would have started with something called labour." Later he writes: "What do you and I most aspire for our children-comfort or character? So often, those two come into conflict. To become an effective parent, we must choose service and character over the pain-free living.” We will be evaluating how fortunate children are when they have parents who live a godly life.
